I have been on a mission for the past 18 years diving into the sacred waters of life. Immersing myself in the depths of our inner oceans. Learning everything I can to empower myself to heal and be well. Through mind, body, and soul practices I have reclaimed my birthright to be healthy. I am committed to discovering all there is within our body’s intelligence and the sweet, beautiful medicine of the Supreme Goddess Mother Earth to find harmony and balance within. My practice is a projection of the years I’ve spent healing myself. I can pray for others to find and dance with their inner wisdom and do the same.
